Coaches-United

Coaches United was created as a side project, to learn skills needed while working at Siemens Energy.  I then added to it to achieve the Google UX Design Certificate.  My role in this project was a UX Generalist. I am also the patent owner for Coaches-United.  For this project, I created the logo, I conducted user interviews, designed wireframes, mockups, & prototypes.  I then conducted a usability study, and configured design iterations based on the feedback, finally, I created a go-to-market version of this program for multiple screen sizes. I followed up with a business model canvas and created a full business plan with a Mission, Vision, Market analysis, Competitive analysis, marketing strategy, management summary, management plan, and Financial analyses, including start-up expenses, total market analysis, service available market, service obtainable market, profit and loss, Competitive CAGR, churn analysis, and marketing budget.

The Research

Most people are looking for a tool that can teach them how to make better nutritional choices & offer them a tool for planning, tracking, and goal achievement.

The Problem: Many adults find it difficult to change their nutritional habits.  They are looking for motivation, and have a fear of losing things they like.  They are unaware how to plan their lifestyle differently.

The Solution: To offer a tool that allows the user to feel empowered to embark on their own nutritional journey.  To assist people in the planning process to make goal achievement easy and fun.

Target Audience Movie goers ages 10-65 that use a web page for selecting their movie theater and time.
