Key HR
Key HR is a payroll company and PEO. As a payroll company they use a SaaS to manage employees payroll, certifications, time off, and legal compliance. As a PEO they enable their member companies to join forces, so that they can purchase benefits for their employees as a group at a lower rate.
At Key HR, I created an elevator pitch, a series of discovery questions, and a platform demonstration script. I conducted in-person demonstrations of the SaaS platform and helped to create the CRM. As a PEO we taught our clients about changes in HR law, which I continued to do into the start of the pandemic with a Youtube channel focused on bringing customers pertinent news.
